Can I track unique opens only?

You can track unique tracking pixels opens and tracking URL clicks. When you create a new mail tracking, go to "Advanced settings" before you press "Create". Here you'll find the option "Track unique opens only", you can toggle this setting to enable it.

Uniqueness of the tracked data is based on IP-addresses. That's why you can't track unique opens when you disable IP-address tracking.
