Pricing FAQ
At the moment you can pay with the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Bancontact, Belfius Direct Net, Credit Card, EPS, Giropay, iDeal, KBC/CBC, SEPA and SOFORT. Note that after paying the registration fee, we will automatically debit the monthly or yearly subscription amount.
From your "My account" page you can easily cancel your subscription with one press on the button. When you cancel your subscription, you won't be billed anymore, and your subscription will end after the current period.
No, when you create a free account you don't have to submit your payment details. Only when you subscribe to a plan, you'll be asked to provide your payment details.
When you've reached any of your limits, you won't track any more data. You won't be billed any extra if you have a premium plan.
If you subscribe to a discounted plan, then your discount will be active as long as your subscription stays active. So you only get billed the amount with a discount each cycle.
